Awards Update, 17th-23rd July

Congratulations to one of our returning barebow men starting his 252 trail by gaining his badge for 20 yards.

Also congratulations to our longbow woman and two of our beginner barebow men who have quickly followed up their 252 successes at 20 yards by gaining their badges for 30 yards, and one of our senior men shooting a barebow added another string to his many bows (he also shoots compound and longbow) by achieving his 252 badge for 40 yards.

One of our barebow men achieved his third score to achieve his Bowman 3rd Class badge this past week. Shooting an American round, with distances at 60, 50 and 40 yards he shot a good round to move into the Bowman badge categories. Also congratulations to one of our recurve men who continues to make excellent progress and has now achieved his Bowman 2nd Class badge. He shot a Western and two Long National rounds at the required standard to earn this honour.
